Letters stick to packaging Be careful when opening the package for this item. It is packed in a plastic case and the letters were stuck to the case when we tried to open it. We let it sit in a cool area for a couple days (we figured it was hot at the warehouse it was shipped from) tried again to open it and same thing. We decided not to try opening it anymore. I completed a return form but cancelled it because we got crafty and stuck them in the freezer. We were able to take them out of the package. However, you can see…
