Exact replacement and color as my original one Exact match as my original one. Very easy to replace. I removed the old hinge rod and springs. Then replaced the old cover ,replacing the hinge rod and new springs. Only took 15 min. No instructions but I found a YouTube video on how to do it. Hint: The video shows removing the entire console before replacing the cover. I found that If you just recline both seats a little it will give you access to the hinge pin.
